Rosen Hyundai, located in Algonquin IL, has openings in our outbound business development center. Person would be responsible for making outbound customers and assisting our E-commerce representatives.

The Inside Sales Representative position includes:

•Working under general management supervision

•Setting appointments for sales and e-commerce executives

•Must be able to effectively communicate on the phone

•In addition to the base rate of pay, this position has a lot of opportunity for weekly commissions

E-Commerce Sales Associate

Description:

Rosen Hyundai is looking for qualified people to join our Sales team.

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to E-commerce customers. The Sales Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Job Responsibilities:

•Respond to E-Commerce leads according to Rosen Hyundai/Kia standards and set appointments

•Sell vehicles utilizing theRosen Sales Process

•Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork

•Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction, and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction

•Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail and e-mail– maintaining the customer contacts thru our CRM system

•Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

•Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis

•Introduce customers to the Service Department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s service operations

•Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
